Beautiful provencal-style villa situated on the hills above Golfe Juan, pretty seaside village with yacht marina, portside restaurants and several private and public beaches. 

This villa is spacious, bright, well maintained and equipped to a very high standard.  We highly recommend for comfortable, elegant, and convenient vacation location.  The private home of a couple with excellent taste and thus very well equipped - not like a normal rental property.  Previous holiday renters have always had glowing compliments for the amazing sea views, comfort and facilities, beautiful gardens and pool, convenient location, and calm atmosphere.     10 minutes from central Cannes; a short drive to the sea and beaches; easy quick access to the motorway and airport.

All the bedrooms enjoy views to the sea.  Living room opens onto the terrace and pool (with security alarm).  Dining room with fireplace leading to the kitchen and outside vine-covered dining terrace and barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry room.

Master suite has double bed, satelite TV, ensuite bathroom, toilet, dressing room.  Another 2 double bedrooms (with twin beds which can be made up as doubles) shared bathroom and separate toilet.
4th bedroom is off salon and is an independant studio with sofa bed, kitchenette, TV, shower-room, toilet and separate outside door.  (Useful for guests or teenager, etc)

All bedrooms have air-conditioning. 

Charming and well-maintained flowering garden and impeccable grounds.  Garage for 2 cars and plenty of additional parking.

Rental price includes housekeeper, gardener and pool-man.
